Old Town Orange

I have lived in Southern California now for almost 13 years (I’m a transplant from a city just south of Seattle WA).  My Mom comes to visit a few times each year, and we  always try to take her to see new things and places I know she’ll love as much as I do.  Why on earth had we never taken her to Orange, CA / Old Town Orange?  What a dork I am!!  So this trip we took her to Orange and walked around Orange Circle, where there are gobs of great antique stores filled with vintage goodies for the buying.  Must see spots in Orange – first off lunch and a beer at the Haven Gastropub is a requirement.  They serve a great burger, deviled eggs, and lots of yummy craft beers.  For a great greasy spoon breakfast / lunch spot, check out Watson Drugs and Soda Fountain, several films have used as a location for shooting: That Thing You Do, Cannonball  Run & others.
